Early in my career, I worked as a field manager on large hospitality and B&E projects, which taught me to anticipate challenges and keep projects on track. I collaborate closely with installers, contractors, and trades to navigate issues during construction and installation.
One highlight was renovating the catering facilities and café on the USS Midway Museum in San Diego. Despite challenges from the building’s steel walls and floors, we successfully delivered on the client’s goals.
I started my career in restaurant operations, and that experience has been a strong asset in National Accounts. It gives me a deep understanding of customer needs and helps me build meaningful relationships.
One of the most impactful projects in my career was working on a new corporate cafeteria at Boston Scientific. It was a large, complex project that strengthened my skills in design, equipment selection, construction coordination, and installation.
Today, I bring that experience to every project. While each customer has unique needs, our team combines insights from across accounts to deliver efficient solutions and strong results. The more we collaborate, the better outcomes we achieve.
I enjoy working closely with customers to understand their needs and goals. It’s a collaborative process to deliver on their objectives efficiently. I bring industry knowledge and attention to detail to help identify smart, scalable solutions.
With one account, Caribou Cabins, I helped value engineer projects to improve lead times and standardize processes while still addressing the needs of each market. Over three years, I supported their growth from an initial concept to more than 50 locations nationwide.
I take pride in helping the accounts I support grow and scale, and I’m grateful to be part of that progress.
Listening and clear communication are essential in my role in National Accounts. Whether working with new or long-term customers, strong communication builds trust and allows me to earn their confidence. It enables customers to rely on our team at Boelter for our expertise.
Problem solving is another key strength I bring to every project. It was especially important on one of the largest projects in my career—a food court with five chain restaurants in Japan. I managed the full operation from the United States, coordinating equipment, warehousing, and international shipping.
We also deployed installers to Japan, and the project ran smoothly because I was able to troubleshoot and manage details from start to finish.
I’ve worked with National Accounts from QSRs to fine dining, and each experience has shaped how I approach projects. I build trust through clear communication, keeping every project on time, complete, and worry-free.
Growing up around restaurants and working in a few before college taught me how early decisions impact operations. Managing a large regional chain after school strengthened my ability to think like an operator and see things from my customers’ perspective.
One of my most memorable projects was a two-story fine dining restaurant in downtown Dallas, with curved walls, an oval bar, and custom fabrication throughout. Seeing it come together was incredibly rewarding—and it’s still a project I point out when we drive by.
