Located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, the Marriott Marquis is one of the city’s premier hotels. Installing dining facilities befitting the luxury location was no small affair. The project required the use of a buck hoist to lift equipment—including two flight type dishwashers and five 2500-3000 pound custom made wine cellars—in downtown Atlanta traffic, into the hotel’s third floor. In order to minimize inconvenience to hotel guests, installation took place during specific hours and as quietly as possible. Boelter Direct South worked with the developer and contractor on coordinating and installing the $1.6M job. Throughout the process, our team formed an excellent relationship with this contractor, and we have completed many successful jobs together since the Atlanta Marriott.
